Staff made it a nice stay
The location is fantastic, just a short walk to the beach and nearby dining. I enjoyed a refreshing swimming session in the rooftop pool, perfect after a long day of exploring. The breakfast offered a good variety, where I particularly loved the fresh fruits.
The room I stayed in felt cramped and had a musty smell. The air conditioning unit struggled to cool the space efficiently. The service at check-in could have been warmer. A better greeting would have started things off on a positive note.

The location was particularly good and absolutely perfect, not very far from an elaborate mall. What's more, it was short walk to the vibrant nightlife, bustling markets, and stunning Patong Beach, and the shopping center, local market. The breakfast was very good with to order eggs or omelets and all the food was astonishing.

The room had a very uncomfortable bed, made it tough to get restful sleep. The air conditioning leaked with a musty smell in the room. Cleanliness could use improvement, as I noticed some dirt and leftovers in hard-to-reach spots. The reception staff lacked warmth, which affected my experience upon check-in and check-out. A good base for exploring, but definitely needs some upgrades and a friendlier front desk.

The rooftop pool was lovely.
I had multiple issues with my room . The air conditioning was ineffective. The cleanliness left much to be desired. There were dust and debris in various corners, and the bathroom seemed outdated. Unsurprisingly, the front desk staff didn't provide the warmth and professionalism one would hope for.
